Cranberry Meat sauce came about to pair with a brined and
smoked turkey. It adds the feel of gravy with its own special punch.
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
½ cup hot water
Zest of one orange
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup dried cranberries
Place all ingredients in sauce pan over medium high heat
while stirring continuously until sauce has come to a strong boil. Remove from
heat and serve as a side sauce for turkey or pork.
